Tower of Fantasy pre-load starts with almost too many free stuff

Tower of Fantasy free-to-play gacha game is poised to become a huge release on Android. Another open-world multiplayer experience, this gacha is even more on the hunt for the Genshin crown than Noah’s Heart.

Preloading Tower of Fantasy begins

After a massive pre-registration period that brought in 3 million potential players, Tower of Fantasy is almost here. Ahead of the game’s launch tomorrow, developer Hotta Studio has opened up pre-loading.

Those who preloaded the game will be able to play the game as soon as it launches. After all, with such a massive open world, Tower of Fantasy is a decent download!

Those who pre-load the game successfully can earn a myriad of rewards. Playing during the event will give you 59 Gacha Draws, 650 Dark Crystals, an SSR Weapon of your choice, an SSR Relic, and 10 Rare Cosmetics.

Plus, you can still earn additional rewards if you play within 180 days of launch. These additional rewards include 10 gacha draws, 500 dark crystals, and some rare items. Which things? Well, leader of Astra, Aida Trailblazer, Avatar (cute), Orion and Star Sand.

Since we have yet to play the game, we have no idea what the final rewards are. However, they are probably good rewards if you just want to play the game.

Should I play?

Of course, these rewards only matter if you actually start playing Tower of Fantasy. If you’re not interested in the Genshin-style game, these rewards mean nothing to you.

Whether or not you should play, it’s not a decision we have to make, it’s all up to you. From the outside in, it looks like a great game. But will it be the Genshin killer it wants to be?
