The Pokémon franchise is no stranger to fan games. Numerous fangames have been created over the decades, but none as intriguing as PokéWilds. Unfortunately for us, though, there hasn’t been a PokéWilds Android per port, but it’s coming!
It turns out that we DroidGamers won’t be locked out for much longer. The Pokémon survival game will one day be available on Android devices.
PokéWilds Android Port
Since the PC version of the Pokémon fan game is so popular, many have wondered whether it is possible to play the game on mobile. Not at the moment, but there is hope for the future.
In a message on reddit, developers were asked if the game would be possible on Android. Not only is it possible, there is also a full PokéWilds Android port on the way.
In response to the message, a developer announced that Android support is coming. However, there is currently no planned release date for the mobile port.
“No, but we plan to add an Android port in the future,” said a developer, revealing plans for the mobile version.

Will it be worth the wait?
PokéWilds is one of the most interesting fangames out there. Set in a large survival space, the open-world game is made in Gen 2 graphics and changes everything you know about the series.
Bringing in Pokémon from eight generations, the fan game generates everything in a massive survival world. There are hundreds of Pokémon to catch and multiple biomes to explore.
One of our favorite features is the fact that eggs can be harvested from pairs of Pokémon in the wild. Oh, and if you take their eggs? They will chase and attack you. It’s so cool!
If you are a Droid gamer who also owns a PC, check that version of the game here!
