Oh, would you like to look at that. SNK has released another classic fighting game as part of the ACA NeoGeo library. This time we have King of Fighters ’95. What a time to be alive and create content.
There are plenty of fighting game purists raving about the KoF series, and that’s fair enough. They’re wrong that it’s the best, but it’s okay to have different opinions. We assume.
This is the second game in the King of Fighters series, after King of Fighters ’94. It has a cast of characters to choose from that you’ll either be very familiar with, or greet you with an apathetic shrug.
Kick, punch, block
There are some interesting additions, though, including a team-editing feature that lets you throw your favorite fighters together for some enjoyable punches. And also various additions to the selection.
Plus, there are the usual ACA NeoGeo shenanigans that make the game more enjoyable to play on a touchscreen. Even though you should really only play fighting games with an arcade stick. Just sayin’.
If you want to give King of Fighters ’95 ACA NeoGeo a shot? you can click here to download it from play store† It’s a premium game and it will cost you $3.99 to pick it up.
