MiHoYo’s Genshin Impact is one of the most popular gacha games on any platform. With popularity comes profitability, and Genshin Impact’s most profitable gacha banner is quite successful.
The MiHoYo gacha RPG has made many millions over the years since its release. Compared to its contemporaries – Tower of Impact, Noah’s Heart, etc. – there is no competition in terms of revenue.
But what was the most popular gacha release in the game? Besides, how much did that banner actually raise for the game? (How much money do whales spend on the game?)
Through Genshin Laboratory, iOS release details have been revealed for the popular RPG. The detailed report explained which banners are the most popular in the history of the game.
For example, the second highest grossing banner earned a total of $34,017,290. However, in first place is the second replay banner for Akya. That gacha run brought in a very impressive $35,939,066 in revenue.
Furthermore, the report also provides details on the sales of banners on the first day. Day one sales calculates how much revenue a single banner received on the day of launch. Unsurprisingly, some of these banners make millions in just one day.
For example, sales of Nahida/Yoimiya Duel Banners brought in a whopping $5,111,701. This banner stomped the second best-selling one-day banner, Venti’s Day 1 banner sales. That banner raised $5,030,755.
It just goes to show that Genshin Impact is definitely alive and well. The gacha RPG is still making millions with new banners; the whales eat and they are very happy.
